Users may have been experiencing issues with their XRP transactions recently. This is due to one of our 3rd-party provider’s (BitGo) temporary issue with processing XRP transactions. The teams involved are aware and are working on a solution as we speak. If you have a pending XRP transaction, this will get taken care of and will be resolved. I can’t withdraw funds from my Wirex account to my bank account or even transfer to my Wirex Visa card Help???
