@Inna_Wirex sorry but if someone is already looking at my case why have I not received any kind of communication to ask for more information or to verify myself? That doesn’t sound right. I keep being told that someone else is handling my case yet I’m starting to think that might be incorrect

@Anastasiia_Wirex I have checked my email and nobody has messaged me at all. I don’t even know my ticket number because I’ve had no response from anyone

Could you please try to check Junk/Spam folder in your mailbox and make sure your spam filters or anti-virus did not block Wirex emails?

It doesn’t matter how many times you flagged my messages. I swear Anastasia and paveel matveev you guys will Rot in hell for all I care. Stop sending email that you no how frustrated I could be. You’re the one frustrated you can never get peace of mind for scamming the people you called customers

Ive purchased something on EBay through PayPal with wirex card connected & the order doesn’t go well so I got my money back - 3000€
Paypal already said they sendet the amount back to the card - but I still have not received my money??
Is my money lost???!
