Account address Verification

Hi guys. I’m a wirex customer since 2017 from Sweden and until now had an verified account and andress. 4 days ago i’ve got request to verify my identity (which i did) again. Now 4 days later i’m stuck in Verifying mode. I have family members living in same household as me whom using wirex as well. But they’ve never got any request to verify id, address or whatsoever. So i’m curious to know why? and why does it take so long when i’ve already provided any necessary documents “again”. Plz check this up asap and fix it. My ticket #1692549
