Account balance is not correct

Hello

My account balance is not correct. I opened some tickets but there are no help from wirex.

My Euro Account is null, empty, 0.00€ but i see in the app or at the web frontend more than 0.00€.
The old visa card is correct disabled with 0.00€. can someone help to reset the euro account or describe it in an e-mail. The chat partner opened an ticket for the IT but they closed it
