hi I have same situation like you, my account is locked by more that 30 days, I used by more that 3 year. they 24 aprile ask me to send again POA and SOF I sent all they answer once asking only POA and say that fgormat was not good so I resend it with correct format open a Ticket. Now waiting answer by several days no comunication and account still locked. Readind here I can see that several other people have same troubles… I 'm sorry for that I was happy to use Wirex in the last 2 o3 3 years withou have troubles… I registered several people in my community since Wirex looked very good system. what is happen to them from april 2022?

Guess what guys! 6 weeks after my account got locked, there are absolutely no news or help from any fo these people at wirex!

Another week and another empty email as a reply. 7 weeks is long enough for anyone to try and solve a problem, you guys are blatantly just disrespectful.
