Account Region Change

Dear Wirex Team,

I would like to change the region of my account from Singapore to Europe.
I have already sent a support ticket but did not hear anything back after they said they were working on it a month ago.
I have been a customer for quite a while, and after moving, I would love to continue.
Could you help me?
