Activity Monitor


This is the 5th time since I have Wirex and I see nothing in the activity logs.

I raised a case the first time and then I simply stopped… and now I really need to see the activity and I need to raise another ticket to get the Statement.

When are you going to automate this and fix the activity monitor in the app?
The competition literally kills Wirex regarding Activity logs and Statement generation.

Can someone please confirm when are you going to get serious about this?

In addition to this I’d like to add that the support team needs training or a better salary.
Because the answer I got in the chat was just to get rid of me and go to the next client.
They shouldn’t finish the chat if the issue is not resolved or at least escalated to find the cause.

Again, I can confirm the competition has way better support and in-app.
