Adding GBP to card

Hi, I am unable to add GBP to my Mastercard. I know there was an email regarding the UK so can someone please advise if this is the reason I am unable to add funds. I have added

I have received no notification that I can now withdraw funds to my card in UK. Is it still the case that UK customers are unable to add money to their cards therefore unable to use them?
