Address verification again

My ticket is 1567106 . My account was requested a address verification yesterday suddenly.

Actually I’ve submitted the document and waiting for over a day, but still no result.

Thank you. I’m facing another problem now. Because the Google Authenticator app is crashed, I’m unable to pass the 2fa.
Then Ive submitted the required information for disable it last night. but I didn’t received any feedback to update the progress so far.

Yes. The 2fa is disabled and I can login now. But the verification is still blocked and I’m unable to submitted the address document. Please help. Thank you
