AER On x-accounts

I see my AER changed, dont know when, dont know why but i didnt changed the earn settings in anyway.

Still earning in wxt.

So, why the customer isnt notified about that? I should get notification or email everytime something’s changed.

I did, but the question stands. The customer should always be informed about any changes especially when they are financial.

Hi there @tastymfbg! Firstly, thanks so much for flagging this. Currently no numbers/earnings/percentages should have changed with your account. Please can you tell me a couple more things so that we can get to the bottom of this for you -

  1. Can you send me your support ticket reference number?
  2. Did you change subscription levels?
  3. What country do you live in?
  4. What currency was your X-account in?
