March 2023 Promotion Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Visa Card Supercharged X-tras Account Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Digital d.o.o. (“Wirex”):
Timescale
The Promotion will run from [00:01 (AET) on 06 March 2023 until 23:59 (AET) on 24 April 2023] (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
1. This Promotion is only open to verified users of the Wirex Service (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: Wirex | Terms and policies) in the Australian region (“Eligible Participants or “you””). For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex platform are eligible for this Promotion.
2. The Promotion applies to an Eligible Participant who orders or re-orders a Wirex Visa Card within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Order”).
3. Any Eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Order prior to or after the Promotion Period will not be counted.
4. Any otherwise Eligible Participants who is on the X-tras Elite level at the time of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
5. The Promotion is limited to one Wirex Service account per customer.
Supercharged Xtras Promotion
1. The Promotion is an opportunity for Eligible Participants on any X-tras plan, to be automatically upgraded one tier higher starting the 1st of May 2023 for three calendar months (ending on 31st July 2023, the “Upgrade Period”) at no extra cost. The Eligible Participants only needs place a Qualifying Order and you will be enrolled in the Promotion and continue to be charged during the entire Upgrade Period, in accordance with your plan’s tier as of the moment immediately prior to the automatic one tier upgrade pursuant to the Promotion.
2. In summary, you will receive the benefits of one tier higher on Xtras program for the price of your current X-tras subscription tier. Refer to the Xtras Terms and Conditions and Pricing for details. The Promotion does not impact your rights to cancel your X-tras plan or the Wirex Service in accordance with our usual X-tras Terms and Conditions.
3. At the end of the Upgrade Period, your X-tras plan will automatically revert to the previous tier that was in effect prior to start of the Upgrade Period.
General
1. Wirex reserves the right to determine whether any Eligible Participant qualifies for the Promotion.
2. Wirex reserves the right to extend Promotion Period and or the Upgrade Period, or end either early, at any time without notice.
3. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation in this Promotion.
4. “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of Croatia are closed for business.
5. “Wirex Card” means the Wirex prepaid card, under the Wirex card scheme, distributed in Australia.
6. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.
7. This Promotion is launched by Wirex and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any other merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
8. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of Croatia and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Croatia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
