Cannot top-up Wirex account

Hi Wirex team…I’ve been using my wirex app & card successfully for nearly 2 years. Suddenly I am no longer able to top-up my account from my linked account. The Linked card shows on the desktop but is no longer available for cash top-ups, including on the mobile app…please help? Support ticket is (464877)

I’m assuming this is an unscheduled maintenance o̶r̶ ̶b̶u̶g̶. I just verified on my account and I also cannot add funds from my linked card.

Wirex is probably already working on this issue. Don’t worry, everything will be in order quickly :+1:

You’re lucky as for me it’s impossible to top up since the update !!!
Always the same error message !!! I tried with my 3 linked cards !!!
