there is still no response i will be reporting this bank
i am not going to lie i am absolutely fed up with this bank, it took me days to recover my account because they refused to accept a bank statement as proof of address because it didnt have enough trasactions then refued to accept a passport which has my adress on it. anyways that was sorted then after that mess i finally had access to my account to finlly pay my rent. i make the transfer needed and guess what. money gets stuck in the system. so now because the replies are dreadfully slow, even though i am told multiple times it will get resolved in 2 to 3 hours, i am hit with late fees for 2 DAYS which i have to deal with. i keep getting the same copy nd paste responses and no resolution. please just sort this out. im finished with this bank. and absolutel poor customer service. just sort it out get me my funds back today so i am not hit with more late fees. 1705089

5 DAYS NOW MONEY STILL NOT REFUNDED. i was told on friday it will either be done on the day or next day and here i am 85pounds of late rent fees to pay and a first eviction warning letter. not going to le to you guys this is by faaaaar the worst bank ive ever used and worst customer service i am juqt told lies and left to deal wth consequences alone. tbh i dont want to hear any apology because as far as im concerned you guys dont know what you are doing.
I have also sent an email to the company Contis like @balboah as his is the last straw. i ave been told once again by wirex that it will be done in the next hours which to be honest ive been told for 5 days straight. so we will see

X accounts, cant open or close some of the currencies (btc x account / Gbp x account and Euro x accounts, says to close them withdraw manuel and after i try that option it says ,no current availbe accout to withdraw to)
2 .
Im missing the tab option to access the wxt buy or exchange wxt
3 .
Im missing currencies as traditionel option (euro /Gbp Us/Ca dollar) i cant use them as my local currencies or make them standard linked to my card, making me unable to use Wirex Mastercard card for payment
Ill attach pictures as the issues are in order
