Can't add money or link new card

Hi,

I have 2 linked cards, one Visa and one Mastercard.
All cards work to add money in Wirex app but now it’s not working with the Mastercard.
It’s ok with the Visa.

So i try to link my new Mastercard, it was refused !!!

Mastercard is not compatible with Mastercard ???

Anybody have the same prtoblem ???
