In my problem … Wirex has changed my mailadress on his own…now is there a false email in my app that always comes back When I opens my app.
And on that way I never got the code to open my own account???
Did sent this problem a few times to support…
Bigger problem ther site When I place my real mailadres…!!! Than wirex said always your account is locked…contact support.

I am now 2,5 months contacting
support!!!

I don’t understand what is happening anymore…I got a mail few days ago about the delay and blabla again…LIKDE AKWAYS…BLABLABLA.
They said when you want to answer : REPLY TO this mail… I do… And I sent pictures what happens every time and about the sum in my account .
And got the answer THIS TICKET does not excist anymore.
Make a new one???

But I hope that making my account available again takes from now on also such a short time like hidden my message here. Blocked for 2.5 months this moment? I hope it will not be 3 months.

Me han bloqueado mi tarjeta sin razón, tengo saldo en ella y quisiera recuperar mi dinero lo más s rápido posible y no volver a usar esta empresa nunca más, en otra ocasión mi dinero simplemente desapareció y nunca me dieron una respuesta, me siento estafado, es indignante.
