I don’t understand what is happening anymore…I got a mail few days ago about the delay and blabla again…LIKDE AKWAYS…BLABLABLA.
They said when you want to answer : REPLY TO this mail… I do… And I sent pictures what happens every time and about the sum in my account .

I had an internet troubles so I put 3 times in a row sms code to verify my purchase and system showed me an error and that my card is temporarily blocked for internet purchase.
I would like to kindly ask you to unblock it at allow me to make a purchase, because I need to buy an aircraft tickets as soon as possible.
