Unbelievable all my tickets are closed and still am I blocked.
ALMOST 5 MONTHS BLOCKED
They always send me to the app to CREATE an OTHER ticket…but

Thanks, I understand that it takes time to do things manually…
But more than 5 months is almost “Unbelieveable” to tell but very true.
I saw people with 8 months blocked?
That time I thought: that couldn’t be.
But now 8 months is not so far anymore for my account…
Don’t understand that such a big company can’t handle stuff in a proper time. Like 1-3 weeks…

What is happening in Wirex? To register it was easy to reach for help when there was a difficulty only 3 days…but this matter??? Almost 6 months???
