Card Blocked for unkown reason (I am verified), livechat support is useless

Yesterday I was out shopping trying to pay and it declined my card saying that it was blocked!!!

You guys should be ashamed of not letting me spend my money the way I intend to do so!

I contacted LiveChat, but like with everything else, all they did was “create a ticket”.

You guys are so amateurs for handling people’s money like this.
You aren’t gods or a bank for that matter, and this made me realize I should never ever have trusted my money to you guys to begin with.

I understand that issues happen, but this is now 3rd time this issue has happened.

Tomorrow morning, I will take up contact with the Ombudsman and the Financial Conduct Authority!
