Here’s how much you can earn.
You can add crypto to your account by buying it in-app with a credit or debit card, or by sending it from an external crypto wallet. All crypto added throughout the campaign period will be counted.
Please note, users who deposit more that €400 during the promotion period are also entitled to earn a reward of 3,000 WXT’
Supercharged Crypto Top-up Promotion August EEA & APAC Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Supercharged Crypto Top-up Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Ireland Limited in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and by Wirex Pte Ltd in the Asia Pacific (“APAC”) region (each separately referred to as “Wirex”):
1. The Promotion will run from 0:01 (BST) on 9 August 2021 until 23:59 (BST) on the 15 August 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
2. This Promotion is open to verified users of the Wirex Service only (as defined by the applicable Wirex General terms & conditions: Wirex | Making currencies equal and available to everyone) resident in the EEA and APAC regions (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Service are eligible for this Promotion.
3. The Promotion applies to Eligible Participants who complete cryptocurrency deposits via debit or credit card or cryptocurrency transfers into their Wirex cryptocurrency accounts from an external wallet supported by the Wirex App (see clause 3 (a) – (c)) during the Promotion Period. In order for each deposit or transfer to qualify as a Qualifying Transaction, it must meet the thresholds below:
1. Cryptocurrency deposit equivalent to EUR 100 – 200 (in the EEA) or USD 100 – 200 (in APAC); or
2. Cryptocurrency deposit equivalent to EUR 200 – 300 (in the EEA) or USD 200 – 300 (in APAC); or
3. Cryptocurrency deposit equivalent to EUR 300 – 400 (in the EEA) or USD 300 – 400 (in APAC); or
4. Cryptocurrency deposit above EUR 400 (in the EEA) or USD 400 (in APAC).
(“each a Qualifying Transaction”).
4. Any Eligible Participants who complete their Qualifying Transactions prior to or after the Promotion Period will not be counted.
5. The Reward will be credited to Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Transactions within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Participants”).
6. Eligible Participants will be entitled to complete as many Qualifying Transactions as they choose during the Promotion Period.
7. The Reward will be calculated based on the deposit amount made over the Promotion Period as set out in Term 13 below.
8. Each Reward will be transferred to Qualifying Participants’ accounts within 30 Working Days of the end of the Promotion Period.
9. The Reward will be awarded in WXT only and credited to Qualifying Participant’s WXT accounts within the Wirex App.
10. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward, it can be converted to traditional fiat currency through the Wirex Service.
11. “EUR” means Euros.
12. “USD” means United States Dollars.
13. “Reward” means Eligible Participants will be rewarded the following:
a) 1,000 WXT if they complete a deposit between EUR 100-200 (in the EEA) or USD 100-200 (in APAC)
b) 2,000 WXT if they complete a deposit between EUR 200-300 (in the EEA) or USD 200-300 (in APAC)
c) 3,000 WXT if they complete a deposit between EUR 300-400 (in the EEA) or USD 300-400 (in APAC)
d) 3,000 WXT if they complete a deposit above EUR 400 (in the EEA) or USD 400 (in APAC)
14. For the avoidance of doubt, there are no limits on the amount of Rewards distributed for this Promotion. The Reward will be calculated based on a cumulative deposit amount made over the Promotion Period. The Reward will be awarded in a lump sum to Qualifying Participant’s WXT accounts. Wirex may amend or cancel this Promotion at any time in its absolute discretion.
15. “Wirex App” means the Wirex mobile application which allows you to buy, store, exchange and spend a wide variety of traditional and digital currencies.
16. “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
17. “WXT” means the Wirex Token on the Wirex Service.
18. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Promotion.
19. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties.
20. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
21. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.

Well it doesn’t work … I deposited more than required but I didn’t get any wxt
Aug 15 plus 30 working days (about 6 weeks).
See no. 8 and no. 16 in terms & conditions.
Smart delay but normal also, you could fund , spend, and ask a refund where you spend money…
So the 30 days (working days mon-fri) is pretty good and well incalculated.
Yep aprox 6 weeks but hey it’s some freebies on money you would normally spend anyway.

Where are the free tokens you aggressively promoted. I completed all requirements and months later zero tokens. Your customer service is terrible. If I receive no response or tokens in 24 hours I am closing my account. YOU DON’T DESERVE MY BUSINESS!!!

I am not coming back to anyone. To tell your company to do what is set out in the terms of your promotions. Close my account down if it is not rectified within 24 hours ok.

Terrible service. You just messaged me to tell me to go though find the promotion in my email and send it you you. Er nope, you go check your promotions and my purchases. You made the promise, you fulfill it. Don’t waste my time to help you do what you promised to do. What an absolute shambles!!!..you get paid to do a job, you are not paying me for my time - or are you?
Take note people, Wirex send out promotional emails to attract crypto deposits and do not deliver what was promised. Since my original post there remains no resolution. Take note and avoid!!!
