Confir mation of the Link Card

To Confirm my linked Card, I am going round and round. The request to raise a formal complaint is also going round and round with no actual window opening.

I followed seven steps to confirm my link card. I am transferring £7.36 pence but my HALIFAX Bank account is refusing to transfer this fund to Wirex. I make a transfer of hundreds of ponds which sent to the receivers count within two hours worldwide.
It needs ISBN number only.

I went to Halifax Bank personally ( UK LONDON IS UNDER LOCK DOWN ).
The Manager tried on my mobile and she said that it had nothing to do with Halifax but everything to do with the receivers portal.
