Verification November Promotion EEA, APAC and Specific Countries Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Verification Promotion July (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Ireland Limited to the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and to Montenegro, Monaco and Andorra (“Specific Countries”) and by Wirex Pte Ltd to the Asia Pacific (“APAC”) region (each separately referred to as “Wirex”):
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 00:01AM (GMT) on 1 November 2021 until 23:59 (GMT) on 30 November 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Promotion is open to users of the Wirex Service only (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: Wirex | Making currencies equal and available to everyone) resident in the EEA (see Schedule 1 below) and APAC region (excluding the Philippines) and Specific Countries (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Service are eligible for this Promotion.
3. The Promotion applies to Eligible Participants who sign up to the Wirex Service and successfully verify their account in the Wirex App during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Action”).
4. Any Eligible Participants who complete the Verification prior to or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Reward as set out below.
5. Wirex does not guarantee that any Verification initiated during the Promotion Period will be processed and approved during the Promotion Period.
6. This Promotion is not open to users resident in the Philippines.
Reward
7. All Eligible Participants in the EEA and APAC region and Specific Countries who complete the Qualifying Action within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Participants”) will be eligible to receive the Reward.
8. The Reward will be paid to all Qualifying Participants in the EEA and Specific Countries in WXT and the applicable WXT to EUR exchange rate for the Reward will be set by Wirex at its sole discretion.
9. The Reward will be paid to all Qualifying Participants in APAC in WXT and the applicable WXT to USD exchange rate for the Reward will be set by Wirex at its sole discretion.
10. The Reward will be paid to Qualifying Participants’ accounts within 30 Working Days of the end of the Promotion Period.
11. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward, it can be converted to traditional fiat currency through the Wirex Service at the Qualifying Participant’s discretion.
12. There is no specified limit applicable to the total Reward value awarded under this Promotion however, Wirex reserves the right to cancel or amend the Reward at any time.
General
13. “EUR” means Euros.
14. "Reward” means:
1. the equivalent of EUR 15 awarded in WXT.
2. the equivalent of USD 15 awarded in WXT.
15. “Schedule 1” means a table which contains a list of countries that form part of the EEA region.
16. “USD” means United States Dollar.
17. “Verification” means the process of verifying a new or existing account that is owned and operated by a specified real individual.
18. “Wirex App” means the Wirex mobile application which allows you to buy, store, exchange and spend a wide variety of traditional and digital currencies.
19. “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
20. “WXT” means the Wirex token available via the Wirex App.
21. For the avoidance of doubt, Qualifying Participants residing in the Specific Countries will be paid the equivalent of EUR 15 in WXT for the purposes of this Promotion.
22. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Promotion.
23. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms & Conditions or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties.
24. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
25. Wirex will only process personal information collected or received in connection with the Promotion as set out in its Privacy, Data Use and Retention Policy, which is available on by clicking the following link: Wirex | Making currencies equal and available to everyone.
26. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.

Schedule 1

The table below sets out all the countries that form part of the EEA region. Any users who reside outside of these countries will NOT be able to qualify as Eligible Participants for the purposes of this Promotion.
