EUR account balance

Hi there,

After a bank transfer to my Wirex EUR account that seemed to be completed successfully i was very frustrated realizing that i cannot use the transferred amount.
After reading many similar complaints here in the community ti decided to open this topic wondering what is really happening? Has anyone else faced this issue? How much time did it take to resolve (if so)?
I believe it’s a matter of building trust with anyone that holds your money (digital or fiat) and issues like that should be resolved in no time.

PS: I’ve already opened a ticket for my issue with no response!!!
