Exchanging GBP to EUR

I have been unable to transfer GBP to EUR this morning. Has there been any change that we should know about that is stopping us doing this please.

Ahhhhhh sorry I’ve just made a silly mistake. All my money was on my card and I didn’t realise. There is no issue now! Sorry for the hastle
