Face ID not working on iOS

Hi everyone,

Is Face ID working fine on your mobile on the Wirex app?
I have an iPhone and I have set up the pin code and enabled Face ID, however, when I open the Wirex app, it asks for the pin and doesn’t allow me to use Face ID.
Is the same happening to you as well?
Also, the pin gets disabled sometimes automatically. I don’t know why, maybe after each update.
