In the past week, I have had 2 friends sign up using my referral code. I have not recieved rewards, nor confirmation of their signing up. They are both verified, have both made their first deposits and have both also ordered cards. I also have not any exchange/trade rewards for the past 2 months and for some reason, my card is no longer working and declines my transactions. I have no option on my app to transfer it back to my bank either. Can someone please assist?
