T&Cs- APAC Free Crypto - 1st Deposit Promotion Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the APAC Free Crypto - 1st Deposit Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Pte Ltd (“Wirex”):
1. The Promotion will run from 10:00am (GMT+8) on 07th May 2021 until 23:59 (GMT+8) on 16th May 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
2. This Promotion is only open to Users of the Wirex platform (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: Wirex | Making currencies equal and available to everyone) who are unverified or/and verified but have not made their first deposit prior to the start of the Promotion Period (“Eligible Participants”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other Users of the Wirex platform are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
3. The Promotion applies to an Eligible Participant who verifies their account or has already verified their account and makes their first deposit using their linked bank card totalling a minimum of SG$20 or equivalent (in a single transaction) within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
4. First deposit refers to any top ups through linked bank card on Wirex.
5. Any Eligible Participants who make their Qualifying Transaction prior to or after the Promotion Period will not be counted.
6. Any Eligible Participants who make their Qualifying Transaction after the Total Reward Value has been reached will not be counted.
7. A reward of 800 WXT (the “Reward”) will be credited to the first 350 participants who make a Qualifying Transaction within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Participants”).
8. The Reward will be paid to Qualifying Participants’ accounts within 30 Working Days of the end of the Promotion Period.
9. Once a Qualifying Participant has received the Reward, it can be converted to traditional fiat currency through the Wirex platform.
10. The maximum amount of WXT to be distributed via this Promotion is 280,000 WXT (“Total Reward Value”).
11. Wirex will only distribute Rewards to Qualifying Participants up to the Total Reward Value and reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, whether or not the Total Reward Value has been reached.
12. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Promotion.
13. ‘Working Day’ means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
14. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex Users, Eligible Participants, Qualifying Participants or other third parties.
15. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
16. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
