14.12.2020. I transferred 1000 eur from Swedbank to my Wirex account. Until now, the money hasn’t entered my Wirex account. I turned to support (Request #1826008), but I only received a formal answer that they didn’t see such a transfer at all. I’m robbed! What to do?
If the situation is not resolved in the coming days, I plan to take the following action:
I’ll turn to the police for help, so that they do their own methods.
Through the social networks, I will inform the general public about my negative experience with Wirex.
I will opt out of the Wirex services and go to another, safer partner. I think my example will be followed by the people I invited, and there are many.
