Help with paying with my euro card over the phone


Today I tried to pay over the phone for a Internet phone bill. It kept getting declined for some reason? I’m not sure if I’m doing everything right.

  1. I put enough money in my euro account and then added it to the card.

  2. I get them the card number and expiry no

It may well be there end is not compatible, I just thought I’d check that I’m doing things correctly, or if there is a problem with the service at the moment?
