My account is still blocked, with no access to my traditional and cryptocurrency. It’s been 5 months now and still no solution from WIREX. In the meantime, I filed a complaint with the Bank of Lithuania. I expect that the bank will approach the problem more seriously and find a solution faster. I consider the operation of WIREX to be very risky and unpredictable, which has caused me a lot of financial problems, because they block the account without prior warning and refer to security reasons. I advise against using WIREX, because sooner or later they will definitely block the account. You will not receive useful feedback about the cause of the blockage from the support even after 4 months…shame…My ticket number is 1520396.

It’s terribly disingenuous to tell someone their account issues will be looked into ASAP when you know very clearly that it could be months. My issue is nearing it’s one year anniversary at this point. I’d rather be insulted directly than strung along and patronized. You could just send me a jpeg of a middle finger captioned with “HAHAHAH” and it would be more satisfying for both of us.

Me too,
Had my account for over 2 years but I wanted to do my first deposit of ETH only 2 weeks ago. Did the deposit and needed to verify the account again. Did all the verification steps and after verification they froze all my transactions immediately. I can’t shift my crypto or funds to anywhere.
They advised me to order a Debet Card which would be sent to the Netherlands in about 5 workdays. After 12 days still waiting. Support doesn’t help, only tells me that everything is working fine and that they will forward the problem to another department.
Absolute disgrace. Seems like a scam to me…
