How many here have blocked accounts and not got money back

So now after rejecting my third proof of address which was totally valid, and met their requirements - just like the others. I’m just getting complete silence from them. Has anyone spoken to the ombudsman about Wirex? If so, what were the results? I’m going to start the process on Monday but keen to hear of others experiences?

Wirex! Return my money back! I sent to you all wallets! 1,5 month whats the problem???

My card is blocking with around 5000$ usd on it…they withdraw money from my btc address…and they cant give me a reason after 4 weeks !!!

so for sure all customers will lose money cuz wirex will make that happen!

Since 19 Days! No updates! Account still blocked and I don’t even know why! Wirex this is not acceptable!

I am blocked since 19 fucking days and support is not able to respond?! It’s a shame!

& yet tens of of thousands of happy customers (including me) use wirex products daily, without a glitch

So why do they risk there reputation and potentially there license?

Why don’t they have a resolution whatever the outcome is?

Why let me wait more then 6months only saying relevant team working on it

Is this exceptable? What if it happens to you?

I was using Wirex for couple of years with no problem then this happened six months ago

I have worked in finance for 35 years and employ over 200 people in 5 countries.

In my professional opinion, Wirex should have their FCA license revoked.

Honestly, some of the amounts in the the effected accounts are not even much.

They can easily open another account and add there balance back and let there relevant team investigate all they want and allow there customers to move on. Especially some that depend on there account to pay for there daily living bills.

But they refuse, my case is over six months. Where is there responsibility as a company?

Yet they are opening more new accounts, this is not right at all. I will never let this go as long as it takes
