I have my account locked since January this year of 2021 and always get the same message from support!
I start to realize there’s more people like me!
I have a team of over 3000 people, of which at least 1000 I suggested to open account with Wirex since I was having a good experience and trusted my money to the company.
I holded a lot of crypto in Wirex until one day by the end of January 2021 my account was locked for absolutely no reason at all.
Almost 1 year receiving the same message.
I haven’t told this case to my team openly yet but I’m starting to lose all trust on Wirex, this is not the way to treat a costumer by frozing his account and giving 0 explanation, 0 solutions for over a year.
I deserve a solution I am not willing to wait any longer…

And I read article 18, I did nothing to have my account freeze. It’s just an usual verification you said.
