We are making some changes and shifting the community in a new direction.
The community will get a new facelift by moving from its own forum, hosted on the website, to a dedicated Discord server.
Where there’s change, there’s growth and this move will help foster a thriving community that will be easier to engage with like-minded people. We have some of the greatest users around, so it’s a no-brainer that we want to have more open access for easier engagement. To build a thriving community means that the platform of choice needs to also be a good fit. And while the Forum has served us very well (a special thanks to all the users!), we think the new discord server will be a better fit for the community.
We will be able to host a wide array of channels. Covering product features, events, AMA sessions, and much more. Not to mention our customer support/admin/moderators will be there to cover any queries a user may have. The purpose is to continue to build a phenomenal community and Discord will allow us to expand and reach users from all fin-tech sectors.
What will happen to the forum:
The forum will stay where it is for the time being. However, no new communications or customer support will operate from here. This will all move to the new Discord server when live. We will still have certain posts such as T&Cs for giveaways on the forum but this will eventually be moved as well.
