What’s going on?
I see a lot of transactions on the XRP network scanner from the WIREX application wallet to the Advanced Cash wallet, and my transaction does not seem to have been created!
Also, two transactions were transferred from my card, but they never arrived in the application account.
How do I understand that? Where is my money?
I create a lot of tickets but anyone from support team not answer me!

hello once the team reach you they will update you sir via email.
I have exactly the same problem, the funds were withdrawn from the card and the account was not received, the support is silent, for two days no SMS from them
