Hi Wirex Team and Community,
since yesterday evening I have issue with malfunction of the Wirex App,more in detail:
- total equity of the account seems frozen with same value as 2 day ago and doesn’t update.
- I cannot withdraw from X-account ( see attachment)
- I cannot convert Wxt to Fiat ( see attachment).
I’ve done several tentative,including uninstall/reinstall the app, change the device ,but without any positive results.
Is someone else having the same problems?
