Months of Account Verification


My account has been pending verification for months. Couldn’t use my account before Christmas. First verification failed but new documents uploaded. Month or so ago and still waiting.

I have sent several support requests and they are ignored. It says it can take up to 24hours it doesn’t say it takes weeks.

Wirex please resolve this within the next 24 hours. I feel that if this doesn’t get done I need to contact the financial ombudsman because I literally can not access my money.

Your beginning to upset a lot of people .
