I have added a new card as the old card is out of date, and it’s asking me to authenticate it with a 4 digit number. I have never had paper or electronic bank statements from you. Please can you help.

I have just looked on my statement, I have entered a number on there and it still says confirm card. Also as I said my Stella lumans money has gone.
