NEW - Wirex Status page is live!

We are bringing lots of news this week, one of them being the launch of a status page on our website.

For those that might not be too familiar with a status page, it is a communication tool/landing page that helps to inform customers of any downtime, maintenance and/or incidents within the Wirexapp platform. You will also be able to subscribe to this page directly to get all the latest updates by simply clicking on the “Subscribe To Updates” link at the top right of the page.

I was just thinking about that lately while looking for ways to know the operationality of a service.

In this regard, Last month there was an incident impacting the external credit card account top-up. By taking a closer look in the app, we could see that maintenance was taking place:

On the Wirex Status page, will it be possible to add a status of the external credit card account top-up? Currently, only the Wirex card benefits from a status (but it is already very good :slightly_smiling_face:).
