No answer with ticket #824923

Hi all Wirex Team, @Anastasiia_Wirex , @Ali_Wirex , @ChienChien_Wirex , I kindly ask for you help.
On 30th of Oct. I opened a ticket due a missing refund payment (156,09€) on my Wirex card operated by a merchant (Amazon).
I also provide the ARN code as a proof of positive transaction operated by AMZ.
Despite all above, I’m still waiting for a response by Finance Team of Wirex and receive manually the credit on my account.
