Iordered my card on 7 March and i payed for express delivery with DHL! Until now my card still not arrived

i am very disappointed with the current level of communication from wirex support.
I raised a ticket (341048) as i had transferred money into my wirex account but my cards had expired and i couldnt get access to my money.
i have finally been sent a new card.
now there are 2 issues with this
only half the money (£498) has been transferred on to this card (I transferred £1000 in total as 2 x £500 payments). i have also sent a picture showing my old expired cards and the amount on them.
even though £498 has been transferred to my new card i cannot access it, i cannot remove it from my Wirex back into my bank account, that option has been disabled.
I have raised this issue a few times and replied to my previous tickets, I keep receiving emails saying you are very busy and someone will help but nothing so far.
