thank you but i know is easy with private key as I do not have it because is exchange wallet and all pro people says it take only 5 minutes to recover or send it back to sender I do not know why I am waiting more than 10 days but still as you say I will wait longer

Ok, I had enough of this scam app.
The verification is stuck. It has been in ‘pending’ for a month now!

Unfortunately, I have my 6£ there and therefore I cannot close this account. I’ve opened a ticket and yet nor reply for weeks!!!#2928180

In my humble opinion this app should be banned from the app store!
