Ticket #819880, I have been waiting for more than ONE year, the problem cannot be fixed yet. The problem is that no value in my BTC X-acc is added after I deposited BTC from the BTC spot acc.

I still do believe that Wirex has a good reputation in the world, would you please to follow up?

Have three outstanding request for assistance going back 3 weeks

I’m growing tired and I’m upset that this has not been resolved

On top of the initial complaint or concern that you’ve lost my funds I’ve now had what appears to be retaliation for being a squeaky wheel on your part which is unacceptable

I would hope that somebody hears my message and decides that they need to finally resolve the issue and respond to me cuz I’m getting silence

J’ai juste besoin de mon argent depuis 8 novembre j’ai reçu le mail dans laquelle votre banque demandais mon mail pour me rembourser mon argent bien 1 mois que j’ai envoyé mon RIB tout est t’il que il ya pas encore de mise à jours à mon dossier vous trouverez normal de bloqué mon compte depuis le mois de juin et après 6 mois vous me demandez le RIB pour remboursement et je doit encore attendre des moi non je pense que je vais porté plainte au tribunal de chez moi et me constituer comme partir civile pour des dédommager car c’est illégal cette agissements venant de votre bancaire j’ai déjà pris compte avec mon avocat voilà pourquoi je vous relance jusqu’à 8 de ce moi qui font les 1 mois que j’ai envoyé mon RIB pour mon arrivée la justice s’en occupera
