Ticket #819880, I have been waiting for more than ONE year, the problem cannot be fixed yet. The problem is that no value in my BTC X-acc is added after I deposited BTC from the BTC spot acc.
I still do believe that Wirex has a good reputation in the world, would you please to follow up?

Iâm growing tired and Iâm upset that this has not been resolved
On top of the initial complaint or concern that youâve lost my funds Iâve now had what appears to be retaliation for being a squeaky wheel on your part which is unacceptable
I would hope that somebody hears my message and decides that they need to finally resolve the issue and respond to me cuz Iâm getting silence
