I’ve been trying to confirm my Link Card but never getting a 4 pin code. This has been happening since I opened an account in November’20! I contacted support team about it when is this happened and still do, no never on the reply other than ‘we are working on it’. I am very disappointed in the service and don’t know how to withdraw my full balance. I’d not recommend Wirex to anybody anytime soon.
