Hi, I have the same issue - I still haven’t received my refund, from more than 1 month ago. I raised a ticket more than 2 weeks ago but I still haven’t even been given a ticket number. I replied to the email but got no response. I need the money, please can you investigate and resolve the issue.

Hi , unfortunately I have been experiencing a refund from a merchant once again , cause the goods I purchased were not actually in stock. Refund took place some minutes ago .
Being that in order to get those money back on my Wirex Card, it is necessary an action by you team Wirex guys, I ’ m asking you to do the necessary actions so that will allow me to get my refund on my Wirex Card .

Refund not received.

Good afternoon, I have pending to receive 2 refunds for more than 20 days with the wirex Mastercard and there is no response. They are from Amazon and a van rental company called VIANI

The refund with the reference number (85396881089112562187107 // 00356984) for an amount of 23.70 made on March 30, 2021

The refund of VIANI was made on April 14 for an amount of € 200

Please let me know when I will receive my refunds

I also have a refund issue. I was refunded 380.92 Euro from Ryanair 18 days ago and I still have not received it. They have assured it was refunded and they advised to contact Wirex.

My Wirex support ticket number is 536457

Can you escalate this to highest priority to get it resolved, please?
