Premium Plan Refund

Back in May, we had a discussion about the refund of the “Premium Plan” annual fee after I upgraded to “Elite”. The last I heard was the below, received on 24 May. Just wanted to follow up on the refund, which has not been received yet. Thanks.

“We appreciate your kind feedback and clarification regarding the matter. As for the refund for the Premium plan, it is currently being processed by the relevant department and once I receive an update I will let you know right away.”
