Refund not credited in Wirexcard

Hello Wirexers,

My refund from iherb is refunded via PayPal which my Wirexcard is linked. It was refunded 7 July but still not reflected in my Wirex app dashboard in my Wirex account. How is this so? Can anyone help please. Thank you.

I’m sorry you haven’t received your refund yet.

Refunds usually takes 5-14 working days:

Advice: ARN (Acquirer’s Reference Number, 23-digits) is helpful to locate the funds quickly in case you did not get the money within 14 days.

I have the same problem (waiting a refund from Amazon since July 13th)
