Embrace Your Geekiness Day Quiz Promotion EEA& APAC Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Embrace Your Geekiness Day Quiz Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is offered by Wirex Ireland Limited in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Wirex Pte Ltd in the Asia Pacific (“APAC”) region (each separately referred to as “Wirex”) in association with Terra Virtua Limited (“Terra Virtua”).
Timescale
1. The Promotion will run from 08:00 (BST) on 13 July 2021 until 23:59 (BST) on 18 July 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
b) comment your quiz answers on the comments section of the Embrace your Geekiness Quiz Post with your Terra Virtua username; and
c) share the Embrace your Geekiness Quiz Post on your Instagram story and tag @wirexapp and @terravirtua; and
d) on the Wirex Community Forum, you must: comment your quiz answers in the comments section of the Embrace your Geekiness Quiz Post on the Wirex Community Forum along with your Terra Virtua username.

4. Wirex will select the Eligible Participants with the most accurate answer who have completed a Qualifying Task as the winners of this Promotion (the “Winners” each a “Winner”).
5. The Winners will be notified by the Wirex team via private message from the relevant Wirex Social Media Platform Official Account.
6. Once a Winner is contacted by private message from a Wirex Social Media Platform, they will have to respond to the message confirming their Wirex registered email address within 48 hours to claim their prize (“Qualifying Action”) or another Winner will be chosen (please note, Wirex will never ask for any other account details via social media message).
7. Any Eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Action prior to or after the Promotion Period will not be counted.
Reward
8. The Reward will be awarded to the first ten (10) Eligible Participants who correctly answer the questions to the “Embrace your Geekiness Day” quiz during the Promotion Period (the “Promotion Winners” each a “Promotion Winner”).
9. The Promotion Winners will be assessed and selected based on the date and time during the Promotion Period.
10. The Reward will be sent to the Winners within 30 Working Days after the end of Promotion Period and the Terra Virtua issued NFT will be sent to the Winners within 30 Working Days of the Winners successfully redeeming their Terra Virtua Redemption Code.
11. Wirex retains the right to amend, vary or cancel the Promotion Winners criteria at any time without notice or liability.
12. Wirex reserves the right to withhold the Reward or award the Reward to any other Participant if any Eligible Participant is in violation of the code of conduct or any applicable community rules on the relevant social media platform.
General
13. “Embrace your Geekiness Quiz Post” means the quiz post shared via a Wirex Social Media Platform.
14. “Reward” means the Terra Virtua Redemption Code that entitles the Promotion Winner to a Terra Virtua issued NFT.
15. “Terra Virtua Redemption Code” means the redemption code issued by Terra Virtua subject to its terms and conditions at www.terravirtua.io and the following redemption code terms:
1. The discount will be reflected when valid redemption code is keyed in at Terravirtua.io
2. The redemption code will be valid from 19 July 2021 to 31 December 2021 only.
3. The redemption code must be redeemed on Terravirtua.io by 31 December 2021.The redemption code will expire on 31 December 2021 if it is not redeemed prior to that date. Expired redemption codes will not be extended.
4. The Terra Virtua issued NFT is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, cashback sites, rewards, loyalty programmes, discounts, packages purchased or vouchers redemption.
5. The Terra Virtua issued NFT cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. In the event of any dispute relating to the Terra Virtua issued NFT, the decision of Terra Virtua shall be final.
7. Terra Virtua reserves the right to terminate, suspend or cancel (in whole or in part) the redemption codes linked this Promotion.
8. Terra Virtua reserves the right to amend the Terra Virtua Terms from time to time without prior notice and without any liability (together, the “Terra Virtua Terms”).
16. “Terra Virtua issued NFT ” means the non-fungible token (otherwise known as an “NFT”) with King Kong, Godzilla and Top Gun branding issued by Terra Virtua.
17. “Wirex Community Forum” means the Wirex community platform which is a space for productive discussion among Wirex members hosted on the Wirex website: https://community.wirexapp.com/
18. “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
19. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate Wirex users, Eligible Participants or any other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or attempted participation in this Promotion.
20. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties.
21. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
