Stasis EURS x Wirex Giveaway EEA and APAC Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the Stasis EURS x Wirex Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) which is offered by Wirex Digital Limited in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and to the Rest of the World (“RoW”) countries and by Wirex Pte Ltd in the Asia Pacific (“APAC”) region (each separately referred to as “Wirex”) in association with Stasis.net (“Stasis”).
Timescale
1. The Giveaway will run from 12:00 (BST) on 1st April 2022 until 23:59 (BST) on 4th April 2022 (the “Giveaway Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Giveaway is open to the users of the Wirex Service only (as defined by the applicable Wirex terms & conditions: Wirex | Making currencies equal and available to everyone (EEA) or Wirex | Making currencies equal and available to everyone (APAC)) resident in the EEA, the RoW countries listed in Schedule 1, and APAC region who have an activated Stasis EURS account (“Eligible Participants, “you”, “they”). For the avoidance of doubt, no other users of the Wirex Service are eligible for this Giveaway.
3. This Giveaway is not open to users resident in Singapore.
Giveaway
4. To qualify for the Giveaway, Eligible Participants must complete the following task:
* On Twitter, you must: a) follow @wirexapp b) follow @stasisnet c) like the Official Giveaway Post d) re-tweet the Official Giveaway Post e) tag 3 friends.
(each a “Qualifying Task”).
5. Wirex will select one (1) Eligible Participant who responds to the Giveaway and completes a Qualifying Task as the Winner of this Giveaway (the “Winner”).
6. The Winner will be notified via private message from a member of the Wirex team on the relevant Wirex Social Media Platform Official Account.
7. Once a Winner is contacted by Wirex, to be eligible for the Reward the Winner must respond to the message confirming their Wirex registered email address within 48 hours from the date the message was sent to the Winner to claim their prize (“Qualifying Action”).
8. If the Winner does not reply within 48 hours from the time of receiving the message sent by Wirex, Wirex reserves the right to select another Winner (please note, Wirex will never ask for any other account details via social media message, please do not provide any other information about your account in response to the notification).
9. Eligible Participants can submit one submission only.
Reward
10. The Reward will be credited to the Winner who completes a Qualifying Action during the Giveaway Period.
11. The Reward will be paid to the Winner’s Stasis EURS account within 30 Working Days of their Qualifying Action.
12. The Reward will be paid in EURS only and will be paid into the Winner’s Stasis EURS wallet held within the Wirex App.
13. For the avoidance of doubt, the Reward amount may be varied or amended by Stasis at any time without giving notice to anyone, Eligible Participants and the Winner.
14. This Giveaway maybe cancelled by Wirex at any time without giving notice to anyone, Eligible Participants and the Winner.
General
15. “EUR” means Euros.
16. “Official Giveaway Post” means the “Stasis EURS x Wirex Giveaway” post shared via the Wirex Social Media Platform.
17. “Reward” means each Winner will be credited the EURS equivalent of EUR 300 in the EEA, the RoW countries and APAC region once Eligible Participants complete a Qualifying Task. For the avoidance of doubt, the Reward will be paid in EURS only and will be calculated by an exchange rate determined by Stasis from time to time at its absolute discretion.
18. “Schedule 1” means users only resident in the list of RoW countries qualify to participate in this Giveaway.
19. “Stasis EURS” means the peer-to-peer digital cryptocurrency token which combines the benefits of blockchain technology and relative stability of the euro which is available through the Wirex App.
20. “USD” means United States Dollar.
21. “Wirex App” means the Wirex application available on mobile, PC and tablet.
22. “Wirex Social Media Platform Official Account” means:

23. “Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and any public holidays when the banks of England are closed for business.
24. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the Wirex Social Media Platforms.
25. Wirex reserves the right to withdraw the notification to the Winner or exclude any Eligible Participant from this Giveaway if they are in breach of any code of conduct or similar agreement between them and the relevant Social Media Platform.
26. Wirex hereby has no control over each Eligible Participant’s comments, and Wirex does not endorse any Eligible Participants comments.
27. By participating in this Giveaway each Eligible Participant agrees for their personal information (e.g. username, forename, surname, etc) to be visible to other Eligible Participants, when posting comments on the Wirex Social Media Platform Official Account.
28. Subject to applicable law, Wirex will not under any circumstances be liable to compensate , Wirex users, Eligible Participants, the Winner or other third parties for any losses or damages occurring as a result of their participation or engagement with this Giveaway.
29. Wirex will only process personal information collected or received in connection with the Giveaway as set out in its Privacy, Data Use and Retention Policy, which is available on by clicking the following link: Wirex | Privacy, Data Use and Retention Policy.
30. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Giveaway at any time without prior notice to Wirex users, Eligible Participants or other third parties.
31. The Terms of this Giveaway are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway.
