USDC Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”)
The amount of interest that you will earn in accordance with Clause 5 (Earning interest on the cryptoassets in your X-Account) of the X-Account-Terms is amended during the Promotion period of [21 October 2022] until 31 December 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
During the Promotion Period, all amounts of USDC held in the USDC X-Account with Wirex will receive Interest, as set out in the below Interest Amounts Table, depending on the relevant Account type, subject to satisfying the below conditions, and only for the period of time that all of these conditions are satisfied in respect of each USDC X-Account:
1. A minimum of $100.00 of USDC is held in the USDC X-Account.
2. Interest is only paid on the first $250,000 in the USDC X-Account.
3. Interest may be paid entirely in either USDC or in WXT equivalent.
4. Immediately after the Promotion Period ends, rates will revert to standard level as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Additional Conditions
Participation in the USDC Promotion requires compliance with the following additional conditions:
1. All amounts are as calculated by Wirex and at Wirex’s discretion. For more information on X-accounts please visit: (EEA/ APAC/ UK)
2. Wirex reserves the right not to pay out any increased amount of Interest related to this Promotion for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to circumstances where Wirex:
a. is prohibited by applicable law;
b. is unable to verify your identity in accordance with our Terms;
c. reasonably suspect that the Wirex account has been created fraudulently or the Wirex account is otherwise in breach of our General Terms of Service; or
d. believe you have breached any provision in these Promotion Terms or our General Terms of Service.
3. This Promotion is for individual users only and cannot be used in connection with any business or advertising affiliate activity. Should Wirex in its absolute discretion consider that a user is using this Promotion in connection with a business or advertising affiliate activity, it can withdraw your right to participate in the Promotion.
4. Wirex may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these Terms or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice to Wirex users.
5. This Promotion is launched by Wirex independently and there are no partnerships between Wirex and any merchant or other third parties relating to this Promotion.
6. The Terms of this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, settle and/or determine any dispute, controversy or claim (including any non-contractual dispute, controversy or claim) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
