I cant send crypto. The app keeps saying cant do right now. Whats going on with this app?

No one is reply in the im app chat. No one has replied to my support ticket or crwated one for me yet.

Oh no this is disheartening. I transferred money from my natwest account to my wirex gbp account like I always do but for some reason wirex credited it to a closed visa card so I cannot access it. This was 6 weeks ago and wirex have done nothing to help no matter how many times I contact them. The ombudsman need them to put in writing that we are in deadlock so that I can proceed legal action but wirex ignore that too. Help!!!

I’ve been waiting a couple days just to update my number I can’t send any transactions and I have no other option besides the old phone number i’ve lost and contact support to reset. Could I please get this sorted asap.

Hi there, it’s been three days since sending what should be a near-instantaneous transfer of NANO to a wallet, but it’s still saying pending. I’ve sent a support request, but no response or even indication that it was received. I also talked to someone on chat who gave me a vague reassurance that someone will email me, but no follow up for two days. I still don’t even have a support ticket.

I’ve been able to send two other transfers of NANO without any problem. If this is just a technical error can someone please just cancel that transaction so I can retry? Or even give us that option in-app?
