So! It’s gone from no communication at all to apologies and “wirex is working on their support system” to card being blocked without any reason. Is this your way of working on your support system?

Best wishes! I think not. A message just popped up straight after reading this slack message that my card has been blocked. No reason. No support. Been waiting for something. But not for card blocked.

Доброго времени суток.
С моего счет, по непонятной мне причине, были списаны все биткоины как-бы за обслуживание криптосчета, того самого, который FREE, как раз после отправки моих документов для повторной верификации аккаунта!
С моего счета не было НИ ОДНОЙ исходящей транзакции и были только две транзакции на пополнение со следующим сбережением биткоинов!
Документы так и не проверили, украв биткоины!?!

How long does it take for support?

It’s already been a week since I opened the ticket and still waiting.

Ticket (347988) buenas, tenía 2047 € en mi cuenta, he sacado 800 € en cajero con la tarjeta MasterCard (2 retiros de 400€), al momento me descontasteis los 800€ y unos días después 816€, me habéis descontado de la cuenta 1616€ por dos retiros de 400€. Me faltan 800 €. ¿Podríais ayudarme? Gracias

Yo igual llevo desde el 4 de marzo con una transferencia pendiente me ha contestado al e mail pero nada sigue pendiente me uno hacer algo conjunto tenemos que recuperar nuestro dinero
